What is the difference between the AI assistant, the AI worker and an AI agent in Votel?

Votel uses AI in three roles.

The AI assistant is what you talk to. It is your builder, developer, planner and executive assistant, and you meet it first when you log in. It has access to your entire Votel account and CRM, so it is only for you. Tell it what you want and it builds it: websites, funnels, automations, AI agents, SaaS plans, a thirty day nurture campaign and anything else you can do in the system. If you get stuck, ask it for help.

The AI worker is your back end AI. You do not chat with it. You give it your SOP and instructions, for example go work the people in my sales pipeline or in my onboarding pipeline, and it works the contacts according to them: it makes calls, adds notes, moves people through the pipeline and sends email and SMS. Think of it as your salesperson or onboarding employee.

The AI agent is what your customers, or your clients' customers, talk to: your AI receptionist, AI employee or outbound appointment center. It does not have the assistant's access to the CRM and cannot see all your contacts and pipelines. It starts with no access and only does what you explicitly give it tools for. For example, if its job is to answer the phone and book appointments, you give it access to the calendar so it can make appointments. The AI agent is the easiest of the three to create and one of the lowest hanging fruits for most businesses.
